Now the focus is on large orders and not wasting time on petty little orders like the one I placed over a year ago. Let me ask a question: For a small company like mine, that buys about $1500 to $2000 in Christmas gifts for clients every year, how do I ever get the chance to sample the product and see if it would be suitable to purchase each year without being able to buy a sample first? I contacted Cocoamoda about theirs and I had it in my hands the next week.
If you can't handle a small order, how do you gain customers to increase the big orders?
