Just their assets alone keep this stock at $6. With oil now stabilized and rising their production income will go way up. When oil hits $65 a barrel this stock will be at $10. Just simple math. Buy during a s candle is ALWAYS good. This is STATE OWNED. It's not going away. Only higher IMO
