Aw c'mon... use a bit of common sense. The SEC cannot ever telegraph the existence of an either an investigation OR a coming action. They are quite aware that if they even hinted that even a casual investigation was happening then that news would crater the PPS of that corporation's stock even if there was no wrongdoing. The SEC is not in the business of destroying businesses without first getting enough evidence to know that such an action is appropriate.
