No Ch 11 for POZN - they have $39M in cash, make money from royalties from two other drugs (EPS 33 cents), and have cut the staff to a skeleton crew - the PA drug is their last rodeo. Much different position than AMRN, and I highly doubt any BP is trying to delay their PA drugs, no competition to speak of, which makes the situation even more bizarre - the API supplier churns out billions of pills per year, plus biologics - this shouldn't be occurring, meaning facility inspection is reason for CRL, or the whole damn plant would be shut down, like the FDA recently did to a company in India that was producing contaminated generics.
