There are others who know this end of things better than me, but I doubt very many companies that file to de-register from being an SEC-filer ever go back. And certainly not MNGG - waaaaaay too many "issues".

Promising to become an SEC filer again is like promising every other POS pinksheet that promises share buybacks, issuing dividends, uplisting, etc. It never happens. It is all a ruse to sell shares.
