As I have said a few times, posting actual facts versus generalized statements are preferred. There is no reason to respond to statements about other companies actions. I haven't heard a great deal that is specific to FASC other than they have not been able to afford the auditors to complete their filings. What other companies may or may not have done is superfluous and pointless to discuss. Also, statements about other companies is misleading and redirects attention from what is actually known.
