tmm already lost the patent challenge, didn't anybody tell you? The patent office already ruled the patent stays along with all its key provisions, tmm blew hundreds of thousands of dollars for nothing on this! Now they are still wasting money trying to get the minor items in the patent taken out but either way the patent stays!!! Nobody can blow big money on nothing like these guys!
