LET'S SET THE RECORD STRAIGHT:

1) TMMI owns 100% of the source code and intellectual property----Not Panik. A stolen copy of the code was given to him by a programmer......... this fact has been well vetted by Raytheon, and will come out in the trial.
2) TMMI has done remarkable things over the last few years since the new team has taken over---they are all well respected in the business community unlike the Demented Group of defendants.
3) I predict that if this is not settled then a huge money judgement will be the final outcome of the case which will shut down the dental group and it's dental office near the Subway shop in Hawaii somewhere, once and for all.
4) TMMI will sign many contracts and finally reward all its loyal stockholders.
5) People that own stock do not bash a company day in and day out for their livelihood.
6) TMMI does need to put our more info for its stockholders to keep them abreast of current progress.
7) THE TRUTH MOST OF THE TIME PREVAILS IN THE END....SAYING THINGS OVER AND OVER 1,200 TIMES DOES NOT MAKE THEM TRUE, IT ONLY SHOWS DESPERATION AND ATTEMPTS TO HIDE THE REAL FACTS.
