no, it is a trick, they have done it all the time, it is an illusion of bounce time here, Chens want you to believe in it, but in reality they want bid to build up and then they are going to dump more, a lot more. The problem with TNKE unlike other scams, Chens want to scoop every penny for themselves not allowing anybody to make a penny. Watch how more, much more shares they are going to dump between today and tomorrow. Looking at their record, after their PR, they keep dumping for 3-5 days depending on share price and their need for cash. However since share price a click away from trips I think we are looking at 50 million shares minimum to be dumped, their need about $20-30Ks for their monthly bills and salaries minus commissions and promo fees (they pay $15Ks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! to some cheezy promo sites). imo
