As usual the simple explanation trumps the other explanations. Peregrine is an obscure microbio with no profits. That is why the share price is so low. Very simple.

Some of us think the Sunrise bavituximab trial, which rapidly opened more than 150 worldwide sites, will have compelling results. Some of us think this will lead to commercial success. Some of us think Peregrine will partner bavituximab. Some think Peregrine will be gobbled up at much higher share price.

We will soon see.
