I already informed Stephane at NVOB that he needed to put out clarification on the Palm Spring office and hiring employees since it never happened and could be considered false and misleading statements but he chose to ignore the issue rather than address which was included in my complaint to the SEC because it specifically asked that question if you had contact and tried to rectify the issue with them. Doesnt look well when the company was notified of inaccuracies and they ignore it so they cant claim they were not aware. I just wonder what else the SEC will find.
