The only thing anyone can know is what uspr tells us. I'm not twisting and I'm not bashing. Just speaking facts. My point wasn't necessarily about the plan b, which in and of itself is fine, my initial point was more about Mesa/Alba.
All we've heard is Mesa is so professional... Alba is so huge... the money is committed... there's no reason to doubt Mesa... etc
Now uspr has a plan b. So my point really was that all the comments for the past year and 9 months about how great Mesa is and how the funding is done etc. maybe not so much.
