Let's not forget, a few shareholders held on to many of their shares into the ATH because they believed that the MSA was rather imminent. I was certainly one of them. While Joe was puffing nonsensical "imminent" talk and not being forthright on the potential challenges faced with the MSA...he sells shares near the top. It's as if Joe knew all along the MSA would be delayed for months and would lead to a decrease in XXII SP.

Now with Joe's December selling, it doesn't sit well with me. Then I have to consider his stunt during his college days. Combined with other reasons that I have stated in other posts.

Joe's actions have not been in tune with his words. Henry on the other hand, is at least trying to put that at easy by not selling until SP reaches 8, 10, 11, 12 Etc.
