Kraft Foods Group(KRFT) , the owner of brands such as Capri Sun, Jell-O and Kool-Aid, said its board chairman John Cahill will become chairman and CEO, replacing Tony Vernon who is retiring on Dec. 27th. Shares in the company are up 2% to recently trade at $60.86 after earlier touching $61.49, the highest level since the company was spun off from Mondelez International(MDLZ) in Oct. 2012.
