KSSH reverse merger play

Here is the CEO. There's 2 companies he's affiliated with that could be possible merger candidates.

They discuss reactivating current filing status to do a merger. The money they got to pay for the filings and bring everything current is not due until June of 2016. There should be the attorney letter coming out any day now.

The filings didn't show up on the new/filings page of the OTC marketplace website so people will be looking for this....
