Sorry, that's not the case.
And while I certainly agree that it seems likely there are erroneous statements in the filings, I don't think "The Company is not aware of any individual shareholders who hold 5% or more of the Company's Common stock." is one of them.
It's hard to imagine the company is unaware of JJ's holdings.
Competing is intense among humans, and within a group, selfish individuals always win. But in contests between groups, groups of altruists always beat groups of selfish individuals.
