It matters not that we may have another r/s.



I respectfully disagree...every R/S I have been involved in resulted in a significant capital loss by all shareholders. The split gets the price higher which, in theory, effects zero change in stockholder value....but....inevitably the share price wanders back down to a value needing another R/S..

The last R/S, just a bit over a year ago, was a 1 for 10 split which was supposed to get the share price to $2 (from 20 cents) and it started it's downward spiral immediately.

After the last R/S it took less than 2 weeks for the share price to drop an additional 65% in value from that mythical $2

... two weeks

...and the biggest kick in the pants is that the A/S remained at pre-split levels...very convenient and a MAJOR dilution tool itself
