TRUTH!!!GRGR CLEARED JAN 2011
Please post documentation for all readers and myself to support claims the SEC found the press releases false and misleading AFTER it investigated in 2010.Show us the proof of guilt from the SEC Investigation regarding press releases, finances or corruption by the ceo .Provide all of the readers where GRGR was guilty and action taken against them.( anything?)

RE-Posting the allegations over and over is not the same as the facts or the truth.( The fact that no action was taken after reviewing the books and press releases OF GRGR in 2010 proves beyond doubt false assertions and conclusions are unsupported by reality) Do posters really think that charges or investigation are still on going after 5 years ???(seriously ?)Has it occurred to the readers of the board to search out the results of the investigation? clearly not posted here.

The SEC routinely checks on company's activities large and small to insure compliance in a multitude of public areas.The SEC investigation was a routine performance of its duties and found no wrong doing.I dont know or claim to know the current status of GREEN ENERGY but GRGR could and can be re- instated from the grey sheets at the company's decision and discretion if and when that ever happens with updated filings.( PINK SHEET / FINRA RULES)It has nothing to do with the SEC since they cleared GRGR

AFTER reading this board, why would GRGR ever want to do that??
