ok, I hear ya. Lets look at facts.

On 11/4/14, USPR issued an 8k stating they had re-negotiated a deal with the current lien holders of their Mexican property which called for a payment of $500k on Dec 1st. Did USPR make that payment? No. That's a fact.

Did USPR announce on 10/7/14, that USPR had initiated arrangements with a third party operator to conduct a 5,000 meter core drilling campaign at an approximate cost of $1 million. The answer is yes. Has anything come of that in over 2 months? The answer is no. That's a fact.

Did Mike Berry speak at a silver conference in Colorado in October? Yes he did. Did he give information that uspr had not disseminated to the public? Yes he did.

Did the USPR expert geologists state that they needed more info BEFORE they could place a value on uspr's property? Why yes they did.
