I found a possible scenario, the relationship that M1999 pumped VIRA and was an insider in VIRA, and new when KEVIN J BUCKMAN would sell his shares of VNTH , Kevin needs money badly, his VIRA is not doing very well, and sold his position in VNTH , possibly he was mad that VNTH didn't go with him, plus he needed money , he had 2 million shares and that is about what was sold in the last 3 weeks. Just my opinion
