Hotmeat, Someone here on Ihub explained why the properties of K-mart were not a part of BK, they said that if the properties had been written off for tax purposes over a period of time they would not have to be shown as assets anymore as far as the BK courts were concerned. Not sure if that is true or not and if it is, is that just for buildings and ground only or other property like jet airplanes and other items that seemed to have vanished back in Sept. 2008 from Wamuland?
