Don't see how as the company passed the staggered BOD term limits so only a couple members each 2 years get replaced so no entity could load the Board with their henchmen unless they did it over 6 years or so. In that time, XXII should have risen to such a position of strength in the industry that nobody will be able to steal the company. Just my two cents.
