No, but a delinquency can possibly lead to one and communication is kind of important when our money is invested in a company that won't tell us what's going on, which kind of follows the trendy silence other companies do, or have done, when placed on or near a suspension.However, I have tried relentlessly to get in touch with someone in management and no one has returned calls, emails, messages etc.
