Agreed, it is odd that people here think they know what Joe is doing (i.e. selling only a small amount of shares). That's been the talk since the filing last week. For all we know he could have been cut loose from XXII completely and now he is liquidating, slowly maybe but he could be planning to sell it all, or if not, say 50%, or 30%, or 75%, or??... My point is no one here knows. And the reasons really don't matter do they? If he wants to sell to diversify, or to take a sweet vacation, or buy a yacht, it really doesn't matter IMO. I personally think he has been let go. I would expect selling into the end of the year from Joe. But we shall see, because I too DO NOT know.

With every negative, however, there is a positive. Short term this sucks, but long term this may be THE last opportunity to buy in the 1's, (or even lower) if he continues to sell before any substantial news is released. So, do you average down (for those who bought higher), buy more at a discount? This reminds me of Sabby, who was selling, selling, selling. When XXII closed that gushing hole (like they said they would) is when the first leg of the run began with a nice, quick uptick. This could have the same affect - down, down, down with Joe selling until he runs out. We know who the seller is, even if we don't know why, and there is a limited amount of shares he owns. When he is finished, we could have a nice correction. With the small volume and the number of shares he has, his selling can affect the SP substantially if he wanted it to. Thankfully he is not just dumping.

I am still waiting a little before I buy anymore...
