The patents alone are worth the current market cap, and valuations are always forward-looking in terms of revenue for the products. Say what you will about the current pps, but a whale investor with inside info plopped down $10m at a dollar higher than the current price that he can't even cash in until it's over $3. It's a matter of preference for you. As someone I have recognized on the boards, you understand the company's pipeline. If you think it is overvalued, sell it. If not, buy or hold. Even with the seemingly personal nature of Joe's selling, I don't think it is. He has more to lose than almost anyone else if the price keeps dropping.
