So what could come from your inquiries except that you could say "I told you so" by deliberately spoiling any chances that this shell would ever be used, through the threats some of you have already made of contacting the SEC, FINRA or the DTC over some imagined wrongdoing. Is it really worth it to trash someone's investment to be able to say "I was right and you were wrong"? If I were Dr. Soon-Shiong I would have second thoughts about using KEYO with all the negative attention you are generating.
