Something shady going on here for sure.

Sycamore Ventures(SYVN on the OTC) owns PAPA.
Aero Financial says it owns 65% of Sycamore Ventures.
The owner of Aero is James Price.
James Price owns JP Anderson.
Global Holdings has a broker and distribution agreement with JP Anderson.
James Price was just recently charged in Illinois for illegal sale of securities in PAPA and using the funds for personal gains.

The clown show continues for GBHD.
