Fwiw. I am in the contracting business.In the last 8 months I have been involved in the opening of 3 electronic cigarette stores. The owner that I am working for has 15 stores/kiosks throughout the state.He sells a product that he has made to his specifications and labels it with his own name.His success rate is converting 7 out of 10 tobacco users into using the electronic alternative.I don't know what the financial savings(if any) are but I do know that that the foot traffic in the stores is very high. This is not a pump,its what I've witnessed on many occasions in the stores.
