Aloha, Everybody just got to wait until 4thQrtFins come out 45days after 12/31/14 an that's around Feb21,2015, also William usually takes a extra 5 days, Else you call William VEVE an ask him ? going to get interesting here, roller coaster up an down I!m just waiting to read all about Vmgi from the PR!s due out about the progress, etc .VMGI total shares is 3.1 Billion shares, 500 Million Common & 10 Million Preferred, breakdown 260 commons shares equals 1 preferred share .... So you do the math...... As of 9/30/14 there was 8.7 Million Preferred shares left in Vmgi, but since then you guess is as good as mine. 500 Million common shares MAX.Out... If no R/S then maybe a Buy back from Vmgi ? time will tell. JMO. Go VMGI 2015
