Again, it isn't about the negotiations. It's about the funding. Does Alba actually give uspr $10 million. As for plan b, uspr made the announcement regarding their jv with Mesa/Alba on 3/23/13. They stated their intentions to have a plan b on 12/11/14. Why did it take them 1 year and 9 months to determine they need a plan b? Why is it they are acting appropriately now in having a plan b yet they did NOT have a plan b for 1 year and 9 months? So if it is good management now to have a plan b, then it must be negligent that management did NOT have a plan b for 1 year and 9 months.
More inconsistency from USPR and more nonsense from some.
