GDSM The fact that the co. name is the same as another has little to do with if the name can be used. It is relevant to the state you are incorporated in and currently the Advanced Cannabis Solutions is available in FLA.

The actual ticker given is or can be requested by the co. but similar to any business license in any state you are at the mercy of what they give you. They have their own guidelines on issuance.

Similar to the fact that currently the co. name is Gold Coast Silver Miners, yet the ticker is GDSM.
