i am very critical of people who come on these boards and talk a lot of bs with zero rhyme or reason to say what they are saying. there are a few that literally say the same thing will happen every single day, and the opposite does.

anyway, i'm betting that the outcome of the aps court ruling today which is the company in control of lamphere's ira which has plentiful stock in XTRN involved; will be something that will either allow direct XTRN news to be released, or we see 33 million and some change of shares suddenly released.
