Seems like flawed logic. Even the best B.S.er could not fool one of the top scientists in the field of Alzheimers etc. I'm pretty certain he would have done his homework. Afterall, he was not just a governor looking to get backing or an investor looking to get rich quick. Check his credentials. No dummy. Called Due Diligence.
Were a coiple of scandals when he came on board and that didn't stop him. he must know something and is staking his reputation on it.
