THE ONLY WAY A PENNY STOCK GOES AWAY IS IF THE SEC SUSPENDS THE STOCK AND THATS USUALLY FOR ILLEGAL ACTIVITY. TICKERS AND COMPANIES CHANGE HANDS OVER AND OVER IN THE HOPES THEY WILL BECOME A VIABLE PUBLIC COMPANY.
