Could be the case. Yea Im also confused on what would be "intellectual property assets" worth looking into. I feel they are checking the shell for fraud and debt. Yes they have been dragging their feet on this as well so guess what, lawyers now so even slower. This is a play that could take six months before anything. They must not think to highly of the shell but it is good they are checking it for a merger maybe. The good thing is that if the shell is clean and good then they are going to use it. That is better than a merger then, oh shit we didnt know about all these other liabilties that came along with it and crash. It really is standard protocal and a smart move. JUST HURRY UP!!
