For what it's worth. The interesting part is that Talbot has been promising the same website update to both NWGC & AGCZ shareholder, so maybe it will become a dual site, or more news about their combined nature, increasing holdings of one another, etc.:

so that all shareholders get it at the same time
our year end is december 31, 2014
the complete share structure will be supplied at that time
when the new website is completed there will be a section that will address share structure
