It does appear that way doesn't it? I am betting that was insider dumping for Xmas money in advance of a reverse splitteroo in the 500 to a 1000 range early in 2015. Then the insiders can award themselves about a gazillion post reverse split shares for being such excellent stewards of shareholder value.

I love it when a company's plan comes together like this!
