VGID Fern Hill Beverage Spin-Off first quarter of 2015. Just announced during todays conference call. And another acquisition in the works for a second spin-off 3rd or 4th quarter of 2015. Sounds like company is serious about growing and expanding, as well as rewarding shareholders.

Those that enter with certainty, soon realize doubt; While those that enter with doubt, will discover certainty.
