Doog, would any sort of 'action' reap any sort of reward?

Do you think the company would be able to pay out any settlement?

And, as I believed you mentioned before, if WNBD goes into 'receivership' and becomes a 'shell' would the company who has controlling interest in that 'shell' have any sort of liability for past actions.

Not even sure if any of that makes sense, but I thought you might have an idea. Thanks.
