It seems strange if a shareholder of TheDirectory.com were to encourage legal action, so the SEC could close the doors of a fledgling company that is attempting to position itself at the top of the vertical search market. hmmm... Now, I would certainly understand that type of encouragement by those that represent short selling entities, since if the SEC were to potentially try and shutdown TheDirectory.com and halt trading, the short selling entities would absorb the ultimate win with $0 tax dollars allocated to Uncle Sam. Meanwhile, in the same shutdown scenario, TheDirectory.com shareholders would suffer an ultimate loss of their investments. I am a major shareholder for nearly 4 years, and I certainly would not encourage those actions. Even if the company were suspect for any reason which I believe TheDirectory.com is positively not. The only thing that I believe TheDirectory.com is guilty of: Establishing a presence in the vertical search market and growing their business to the best of their abilities.
