This is a grey market stock. There is no real market for it. It can only be sold via paper transactions by your brokerage. Essentially, these prices are there as a year end write-off of the shares so that they can be cleared off the books and you can claim a tax loss. I doubt that any money actually changes hands. I just asked my broker to write off my last 5 shares (which were 5000 shares before the last R/S).
