Everyone must of read the financial statements. Hence the drop in price. Sub penny again today. Yes, they were profitable before the lawyer fees, but $16,000 profit is nothing. What are they really going to gain by Winning this appeal? They may get their lawyer fees back, which will go right back in their pockets. As far as damages,I doubt it. But if they did get something, it could take years to collect , if at all. Farkas can claim bankruptcy, and that's that!
