Yes we experienced those convertible debentures and the warrants on HDY. And HDY's were not even the toxic variety. They had a floor. HDY managed to work through those and get to a $7 share price anyway so maybe ERHC can too. The big boost came when a reputable company like Blackrock took a big stake and they got rid of the vulture capital financing. I hope ERHC can get rid of theirs. This financing will definitely constrain the share price as long as it is in place.

I did learn a valuable lesson about what this type of financing can do to a company like ERHC and acted accordingly. That saved me some money. I've tried to explain it here. Some understand and some don't.
