Not true. If you look at the record, RLTR paid BCCI hundreds of thousands of dollars, maybe even more than a million--for nothing. I have seen the bank statements showing the money transfer from RLTR to ICTN(former name of BCCI). I have seen the court papers in which BH claimed what you claim, but there is no record thereof in bank transaction. Money has never flown from BCCI to RLTR. Furthermore, Hodge issued BCCI 30 million shares of stock for a worthless patent that had been denied. So, what you are saying is simply not true.
