I am curious as to how BCCI has carried RLTR? BCCI owns millions of RLTR shares although it has never paid for them. So please tell me how BCCI acquired these shares?

Also if BCCI has supported RLTR why is it that in neither of the financials for either company and compensation or revenue shows up?

Also if you want to acquire shares as you say... There are millions at the current price (give of take a tenth of a cent or two) for sale! But yet I note the volume is very low???
