The only ones that will benefit with the defendants lose this case, will be very few!!.
You can count the number on your hands!!.
The original 4 or 5,maybe 7 people that started this movement back in the late 90's.Everyone else that was asked to give monies to the defendants venture will be on the outside looking in.
My guess is Larry Panik and Bruce Hoyt and those few, will have to divide their gains with their investors or they'll be looking at another lawsuit from those 40-50 private investors!!.
With the shares that both Larry Panik and Bruce have,they won't go far after paying the legal fees and personal fees and then there's those 40-50 private investors, or is it 100 investors, that someone already reported on this message board LLOLs!!.
My guess is that Larry Panik and Bruce Hoyt have at least 1 million shares hidden away in some off shore account,for their own gain but,that can be found,if needed!!.
