what is there to comment on Bruce? the company was desperate for cash and agreed to a disastrous deal and we all got screwed in the process

through Maxim this company sold millions of shares to speculators at half the market price, those speculators then shorted the heck out of this stock at $6 and only stopped after the price dropped to $3.25 minus whatever price they sold the warrant for, then used shares delivered by Maxim to cover the short, and there we are dangling in the upper $2s all the way down from the $6s.

While those speculators pocketed 40-50% profit in just 1 week the long term holders got wiped out by that much during that same week, what a great company this is and Dr.H sure deserved that businessmen of the year award he got a year or two ago, what a shame
