This POS SCAM commenced operations in 1979 as ElectroPure, then changed its name in 2005 to Micro Imaging Technology. It has had 35 years to demonstrate any tangible results. Instead, it has no source of revenue I can find except issuing more and more stock to fund ongoing "developmental" opportunities. Its recent filings note expense control was implemented by reducing salaries, but granting options I their place. Options is just another word for DILUTION.

In 35 years there is no product or customer? This is like some kind of SICK JOKE masquerading as a commercially viable enterprise. JMHO.
