Martie apologizing publicly will not go in his favor if people sue. If he apologizes, he admits wrongdoing. Do you really think someone like him is going to apologize for any of his actions?

He needs to find a new group of suckers to buy into his scheme because none of the current shareholders, who he shafted, will get suckered again.
