Higher PPS history is irrelative to today's current pps. So at least glad you have understanding of that. Now every pos ticker exists in otc as a way to fund business aka dilution. Now if you think this ticker is bad with dilution then I need to let you know that there are hundreds others way worse. This one is not too bad. Again ...remmember ...volume is here ....well ...today is the day that will either prove volume is one day thing or not. Testing those 0.0020 s if breaks stay away until secondary support forms. Trade smart. Good luck
